One-Site Coordinator/Decorator *Included
• 6-month meeting with Coordinator/Decorator to go over vendors and décor
• 1 month before meeting with day-of coordinator/decorator and venue manager to finalize details
• Custom timeline of the wedding day
• Day of coordinator on site the entire day. This includes: contacting vendors before the day of the wedding to confirm arrival time, check-in of all vendors, implementing custom timeline the entire day, organizing bridal party before processional and before introduction, in constant contact with DJ, caterer, bartenders, photographers, venue manager, and facilitating team entire day, so that your wedding day runs smoothly
You may book additional services with the coordinator/ decorator if needed
Table Décor Rentals + add ons
This includes guidance on décor and styling from our on-site decorator.
Table Décor Rental
$45 per table will include the choice of the following:
• Choice of table runner ( If you would like)
$65 per table will include the above and the following:
• Faux candles
Extra $15 per table* Fresh greenery added into faux greenery
Extra Add-Ons:
• Mimosas & brunch setup in Bridal Suite $250
• Pictures with horses for bride & groom portraits only $350

Cattleya Chapel offers a 5% discount (per couple) to active military and first responders – police officers, Firefighter/EMT
