All packages include the use of Cattleya Chapel from 10 am – 10 pm.
Rehearsals are to be scheduled through the venue coordinator pending availability.
Cattleya Primo Package $6,900
With this package, the venue staff will not be setting up or decorating anything around the venue. It is the job of the bride to arrange for someone to do so. We will set up the tables for each area needed. 
• Elegant 1800 sqft open-air wedding chapel for reception space. We accommodate 15 gray wood trestle farm tables and benches for 150 guests. Our venue max is 180 inside( you will have to rent additional tables etc. to accommodate those guests. Additional tables may be set outside as well. We can accommodate more guests pending approval through the venue
Day of wedding coordinator which includes:  6-month meeting with Coordinator,1 month before meeting with day-of coordinator to finalize details, a Custom timeline of the wedding, implementing custom timeline the entire day,  organizing bridal party before processional and before introduction. In constant contact with DJ, caterer, bartenders, photographers, venue manager, and facilitating team entire day, so that your wedding day runs smoothly
• Venue is mowed, pressured washed, and sought out to be pristine for every event
• Endless ceremony possibilities for ie: Out- front of the chapel, Under our 75-year-old oak trees.
• Market lights draped inside the chapel on beams and outside market lights throughout the premises to give a warm glow.
• Vintage 16X16 dance wooden dance floor under chandelier and oak trees * Indoor/ Outdoor vintage bar setup
• Many beautiful pictures areas throughout the farm
• Outdoor cocktail area under market lights and oak trees-3 gray wooden cocktail tables to use for cocktail hour
• Directional signs for guests and vendors
• Parking attendant with lighted parking area. ( Parking attendant to be on sight to help assist throughout the night
• Two indoor AC restrooms ( ADA compliant)
* Firepit & we supply the wood! ( Set-up upon request)
• Yard games- Cornhole, Jinga ( To be set up upon request)
• AC vendor Prep Kitchen; fridge, stove, microwave, and ample counter space
• Mosquito and insect spray to grounds before event
• AC Bridal suite with bathroom, shower, fridge, and lounge area
• Brides are responsible to take all their decor and belonging that night. Nothing is to be left or there is a charge for next-day pickup. You will be fully responsible for cleanup from inside the wedding venue to outside. The venue is expected to be left the way it was when you arrived.
• Facilitating team and venue managers on-site the entire day. This includes: emptying all trash cans, keeping restrooms, and venues clean throughout the wedding.

Cattleya Elegant Package $7,500
With this package, you will get a venue coordinator team as well as a venue decorator team. We will set up and decorate the tables inside the venue as well as set up and decorate the sweetheart table, guest sign-in table, gift table, cake table, bar, and appetizer-dessert table. This package allows you to enjoy your day and not have to worry about setup, it will give you the Pinterest wedding of your dreams allowing our venue decorators to go to work! 
The elegant package includes everything you see above and the following
⦁ 6-month meeting with Coordinator and decorating team to go over vendors and consult in assist you with décor,1 month before meeting with the day-of coordinator and decorating team and venue manager to finalize details and consult final wedding decor setup for tables and around the venue, a Custom timeline of the wedding day, contacting vendors before the day of the wedding to confirm arrival time, check-in of all vendors, implementing custom timeline the entire day,  organizing bridal party before processional and before introduction, in constant contact with DJ, caterer, bartenders, photographers, venue manager, and facilitating team entire day, so that your wedding day runs smoothly
• Choice of 5 faux greenery styles for tables inside of the venue enhanced with fresh greenery handpicked around the farm
• Choice of Clear Small, Medium, or Large Candle Votives and vases
• Choice of gold or white charger
Use of furniture pieces such as cake table, sweetheart table, settee for sweetheart table, 3 tier cupcake stand, dessert cart, guest gift table, appetizer table, drink stations. 
Use of all venue signs( for ex: welcome to our wedding, cake table, isles) 
• Ability to drop off décor items and anything additional the night before pending approval from the venue( Must be scheduled through the venue in advance)
• Furniture and vignette setups ( Cake table, guest and gift credenza, the bride and groom table, choice of a settee behind the bride and groom table ( two options), 2 tier favor cart. Decorating of all venue provided venue furniture listed above using décor provided by the bride.
• Ability to drop off décor items and anything additional the night before pending approval from the venue( Must be scheduled through the venue in advance)
• Facilitating team and venue managers on-site the entire day. This includes: emptying all trash cans, keeping restrooms, and venues clean throughout the wedding. We will take care of cleanup from inside the venue to outside. You will only be responsible for taking home the things you brought which we will clean up for you. 
• One-hour wedding rehearsal

Dinnerware Options + Rental add-ons:
We have a variety of dinnerware styles to choose from. This includes a 6-piece setting: dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate, fork, spoon and knife. 
High End Plastic Dinnerware setting $3.50 / person

Extra Add-Ons:

$25+ Set up of anything other than above will be charged accordingly. For example, if you have something specific you want hung or put together with other than what we offer you may have someone else come do it or we can give you a quote
• Mimosas & brunch setup in Bridal Suite $250
• Pictures with horses for bride & groom portraits only $350
• Antique Tractor Picturesque $150

Cattleya Chapel offers a 5% discount (per couple) to active military and first responders – police officers, Firefighter/EMT
